  Overnight and second day shipping deadlines

  We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To ensure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note certain items are excluded from overnight or Second Day shipping.

  Return Policy

  Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 3-5 business days to process. After processing, your refund can take up to 5 business days, depending on your card issuing bank. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

  Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on Tommy.com.

  Exchanges

  At this time, we are unable to process exchanges online or in-store. You can return the merchandise to a Tommy Hilfiger store within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date for a refund or store credit. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by the return slip for the return to be processed.
